There's been an unfortunate incident that occured in the last 24 hours of one of the major evo players having their account compromised. The current problem has been corrected, but if you have visited Sin's profile within the last 24-48 hours PLEASE CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS.

If you visit multiple sites in the same browser at the same time (other pet sites, your email, ANY account where you may have a password stored) CHANGE THOSE PASSWORDS TOO.

I reiterate, the CURRENT issue of Sin's profile has been fixed. That does not mean that more problems will not arise. We have alerted the programmer and Clark of this situation. Hopefully steps will be taken as soon as possible.

ALL STAFF REGARDLESS OF WHEN YOU LAST VISITED SIN'S PROFILE --MUST-- CHANGE PASSWORDS.

I again state.. ALL accounts you may have been logged into while surfing evo NEED to be changed if you have visited Sin's profile within the last 24-48 hours. I seriously encourage EVERY user to change their evo password, either way.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience I know this will create for many of you. We are doing everything we can to correct the problem. Be very wary of visiting any place users can add their own code. Profiles, shops, forum posts and topics, blogs, and even news comments can be compromised. :(

Some of you may have seen the new RE (Random Event) talking about multiple accounts but for those of you that have not...

If you have more than one account and come forward now and let us (the staff) know then we will freeze the other account(s) and let you keep one of them. HOWEVER, if we find out that you have a multiple account and you don't tell us then you will lose them all. This is a rare opportunity so please take advantage of it.

For those of you that have family members that also have accounts here and you have not alerted staff to this now would be a good time as well as they will be viewed as a multiple account(s) and you all risk being banned. And as a further note on family accounts - you may NOT send each other items or dc. And no not by trades either.
