It has been noticed that a number of Valentine items have appeared, as if out of nowhere. The Evo City Council has come together for a meeting to address this issue and decided to release this news report:

After careful consideration as to who the culprit might be, we have only determined who it is not! The choices were few but we have illiminated Spoonie the Evil Spork from our list because it would just be too generous an action for her to take.

Keep your imaginations going as you search around Evo City in case more mysterious Valentine items pop up in our stores.
