A new Trivia has been added.

Two new hidden avatars are out there somewhere,
just waiting for you to find them.

So basically, we are taking down the gym.
It's pretty bad and nobody uses it, so we'll figure out something else.

AS A RESULT, SPIDERS ARE NOW WORTHLESS.
They need to be PURGED.

So, everyone go use your spiders. Go to your items, and click "Use this Item" or whatever it says XD.

You'll be rewarded for doing so.

ANY UNDELETED SPIDERS IN THE SYSTEM WILL BE PURGED BY ME ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 23RD.

In a quick follow up to my earlier news post - the new map for Botanical Bay is up. Currently nothing is available in there however from tomorrow you can grab your shells, buy your beach clothes and lay on the beach.

We are also coding the Loucon Mission which will originate in Botanical Bay! The items have been in the items database for a short while now so it's about time we released the game to the public so they too can enjoy them!

Incidentally, the redraw on Botanical Bay was completed by myself and an old artist of Evo who happened to do me a huge favor - Ryuu.

As everyone is aware, the site is going through several upgrades - some liked, some not so liked. But however in order for us to grow and get bigger and provide more, these changes must happen.

The next change that *I* will be implementing is a redraw on the Botanical Bay - Beach World Map. With this change comes a rearranging of which Main Shops stock which items. I hope that this will eventually make sense to the masses. It will help all of us along the way in the way items are restocked and also the amount of items we have.

We will also be releasing a hoard of items over the next several days. Look for the map and shop changes to be completed by no later than Monday November 23rd :)

A system of hidden avatars.
For those of you complaining about the avatar reset. Please remember that not only are you not obligated to play on this site but for those sad they lost 5 credits, we gave 100 credits in The Compensator. We are doing this work to improve the site.

Please remember we work for free and are using our own time for this. If you have something negative to say you are more than welcome to say you are not happy with it but remember, we're doing this for you.

The avatar system is the next thing to get a massive revamp. Our economy has taken a tumble over the past year and we are working to adjust it. Aside from taking down a few games (WE WILL BE WORKING ON SOME OTHER GAMES TO REPLACE THEM) we have done a second reset. This one is to the avatar system. We apologize but this needed to be done to give everyone an equal opportunity on this site. There will be no compensation for this as of now.

For the next day or two you will notice changes to the avatar system. As of now we have cleared the records for user's avatars. Next we will be working on creating a series of default avatars and hidden avatars. We then will release them to the public and allow users to begin finding hidden avatars around the site.

We apologize for the reset but we need to keep it fair.

The games room has been given a little revamp! It should now be a whole lot easier to find what game you're looking for, as the games can be sorted into groups by type (such as quests and freebies) or by difficulty (easy, medium, hard).

As you may notice, we've also canned a lot of the games. :x Many of them were absolutely horrible for the economy. So, if you're looking for a relaxing round of Henry el Pilot, he's no longer there. He's run out of planes - for good. -creepy smile-

The battle arena has been released into Beta Testing. This means that there will be errors and glitches. If you find one, please dMail it to Riku so he may fix it. Stock up on the weapons guys! It's time to battle.

5:29 PM - Axis and 2 other opponents have been removed because someone added them in, but set all their stats to 0. My reaction can pretty much be summed up in o_o` and -_-.

A new Trivia has been added.

We have some good news. First of all we have updated the site's Account Upgrade section. A little reminder for those who do not know, Account Upgrades help support the site and keep it running. With more money we can hire programmers to write new games and pay for our servers. When you purchase an account upgrade you will be contributing a big hand to the site in helping it out. We do not have very much money to work off of and thus we only have enough as of now to supply with maintaining servers.



Currently in the VIP Cracker you can obtain items that are currently in the AU area. Purple Sword of Birthdays and the SECOND BIRTHDAY ITEMS are inside the cracker.

Users can now bid on items in the auctions with faith. We have fixed the glitch that was causing user to sometimes not receive things.

It saddens me to say that in the course of trying to help make amends for today's error, I have found that some members of our site are not content with just one Compensator package - they want multiple and are using multi accounts created before today to gain bigger advantages over the rest of the hard working members.

You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Auctions for those members have been canceled and anyone who bid on those items should not be charged any DC.

The Compensator will be available for everyone.

The potions shopkeeper has issued a public apology in relation to the mass influx of spiders: "I locked up for the night... and I guess I forgot to lock up the tank I kept them in! They then crawled up the chimney, which contains many different vapors of potions I brewed in the past, which morphed them into brilliant gems! They then were pushed out of the chimney by the hot air and landed all over the lands... If you come by my shop sometime later today, I will give you something special in exchange for a few of my precious spiders back..."

OK - guys, we get that you're all furious about your pet stats. The staff are NOT unsympathetic about this situation as we all lost pet stats that were very high too.

Annihilating the tag box with your demands and displeasure is really not going to reverse the scenario. There is no "unreset stats" button and we cannot roll back the site to undo the action. Believe us, we've looked and it just isn't possible.

We are currently working ferociously in the back office to try and amend a little the tidal wave our actions have caused.

Unfortunately, we cannot give those stats back because we don't know what each pet had, but we can say we're sorry and try to amend the problem.

Later this afternoon members will each receive a compensation package that will include a random reset of stats, AU credits and items.

We also disabled the tag box due to the tirade that ensued following the news post regarding stat resets, please respect the decisions made on the site. Even if you do not agree with them, they're made for a reason.

Blah, blah, blah, you know they've been reset.

Pets have always been in a state of Alpha testing along with the arena. They were reset due to the fact we had people who had massive amounts of stats and people who had very few. The range was so big it made it difficult to write equations to make a functioning battle arena.

It is difficult to adjust to new things and I can sympathize, I thought too my pet's stats would be okay for an arena. My time and work was ruined as well.

This was not done to spite you but with everything, for something to evolve there must be draw backs at a point.

Everything on this site has to revolve around something else. Petsites are all pretty much a mathematical equation.

I understand you are upset but please, please keep in mind this is for the better and you will be greatly rewarded.

The drakes have woken from their slumbers,
and are ready to give you their precious spiders
if you are willing to feed them what they desire.

In short, go feed some drakes because you'll need those spiders pretty soon!

Over the next few weeks you may be experiencing some new changes made to the site.

None of this is for the worst.
Due to a soon to be released activity on the site we will be messing with pet stats, intelligence, and several items.

The spiders will once again be used for the gym and there will be other ways to earn them through the site, including; games, Drake Feeder, and Tombola.

Referring users is going to be changed. Points will not be reset but the prize and reward layout will be altered.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience but this is for the best. In order to make a functioning battle arena we need to create mathematical equations and as of now pet's stats vary too much.
